Aravind Suregaunkar - Digital Strategies and Execution

Aravind guides and supports companies in solidifying their media strategies, bringing to fore his expertise in Digital, Advertising, Web and Graphic Design. He has deep interests to enable MSMEs through his efforts. As the Chief Executive of his company neoDesynz, Aravind handles clients such as Dell India, HP, TNT, 3M, Jindal, Times Group, Mahindra Retail, Raymonds, Coats India to name a few . Aravind spent 20 years learning and mastering the nuances of IT, SME and MSME sector in India and helped them to expand and grow their business internationally.

Swati Dinkar - Women Entrepreneur Enablement

“The strength of a woman lies in her abilities to nurture her family and the environment” says Swati. She has deep interests to support the purpose of women entrepreneurs from MSMEs and also hone the talent of economically challenged sections of the society. She has a demonstrated commitment towards process excellence and comes across a strong implementer in a team. She has been an academician with top notch schools in Bengaluru for about 15 plus years. Swati is a Science Postgraduate with deep interests in Physics as a specialisation. She has been supporting the purpose of NGOs in the space of welfare of children.

Smita Rao Bellur (Associate Artiste - For Creative Inputs and Inspiring Journeys)

Smita has been associated with Groval Euler’s since the stage of ideation. She is a connector between mystical poetry, ancient wisdom and soulful music. As a seasoned Hindustani Classical singer from Jaipur Kirana Gharana and Sufi singer, she has over 300 plus concerts to her credit. Some of the events we did with her have been highly acclaimed musical journeys devoted to the philosophical work of mystics. She has been part of various international and local projects for promoting folk music of Rajasthan. She has done extensive research on the traditional music of Mir Musicians from Rajasthan and also been a part of a team that enabled some of the folk musicians to a respectable platform. She believes in the power of music as a carrier of profound insights from the body of knowledge given to us by the great Mystics, Sufis, saints and Yogis. Smita Rao Bellur believes in the purpose of Mystical and Sufi poetry for promoting the spirit of inclusiveness and oneness among humans.

Smita has done Bachelors in Engineering, She was a Quality assurance expert, a Masters of Science post-graduate degree from BITS Pilani. Worked for software Giants such as SAP, Oracle and FirstApex, which gives a strong conviction about the relevance of the timeless values in the modern world.

Sukanya Badri - Market Entry Strategy

Sukanya is a chartered accountant by her qualifications . She utilizes her cross-functional exposure across finance, marketing and leadership areas to holistically address diverse business situations. A major share of her assignments involved evaluating new business options, building strategies for various markets and customers, and developing leaders for global corporates, SMEs and start-ups. She was a visiting faculty for the International Business Environment for management students at BIM (Trichy) for five years till 2019.

Sachin Indane - Board Level Senior Business Executive.

“I love to create collaborative teams and provide circumstances for people to flourish in their Career. For me the top priority is to align the purposes of people for a greater purpose. It is such a pleasure to see people growing. We need to create the right situations for people to enable their growth” – Says Sachin.

Sachin has always been a sounding board to the top teams and the board level executives. He has a strong understanding of P and L management, has successfully handled board level P and L accountability, Leadership responsibility for MNCs working in Asia. His strong interests are enabling Commercial Leadership and Cross-functional Management. He has deep interests in enabling the MSME and SME sector. He has acumen to support MSMEs on projects for investor readiness .

He is Ex-Vice President and Country Leader of PALL Corporation (Danaher Corporation) . He is a Master of Technology (M.Tech) from IISc , Bangalore and Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from VNIT Nagpur.

Kishor Chitale - Digital Enablement of Enterprises.

Kishore is an experienced ex-Capgemini CEO with a demonstrated history of building world class teams, delivering results, and working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in Building New Businesses in a highly competitive market like India . Founder of Capgemini Local Business in India like a Start up. Unique Leadership style along with a successful track record.

Kishor has worked across global and local large enterprises at the board level and has a deep understanding of the domestic market. He has experience in Transformation of Supply Chain across India for a large MNC and also as the CEO of Capgemini, a consulting led IT services company, he created a profitable venture helping domestic companies.

He has been instrumental in assisting customers transform by leveraging the latest technologies along with creating organizational readiness for new businesses models and people Transformation needed in line with the Digital Revolution. Kishor is an experienced CEO who can help build profitable ventures in shorter timelines.

Varadayini

Varadayini is a resilience expert for high-performance teams and competitive sportsmen. She is a sports Psychologist from Loughborough University ( a premier Institute from the UK) and she is BA (Psychology) from Mumbai University. She has deep interests in using mindfulness concepts for building the capabilities of ambitious individuals and teams. She does this with a strong understanding of Sports Psychology/. She has pioneered the concept of Mind-O-Meter; The idea behind Mind-O-Meter is to help an organisation, team or employee understand the mindfulness quotient through the underlying components that link it to resilience. Further, help these ambitious teams with interventions that will in turn develop their team or organisation into a mindful and resilient one.
